1 General Terms & Conditions and Applicability
2444 bat (referred to herein as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving adult users in Bangladesh and around the world. These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of the 2444 bat website, mobile app, and all related services.

2.2 KYC Verification

2.3 Account Security

4.2 Weekly Cashback

4.3 Free Bets & Free Spins
- Winnings from free bets are subject to an 8x wagering requirement.
- Winnings from free spins are subject to a 5x wagering requirement.
- Free bets/spins are generally valid for 7 days; any unused bonuses will expire at the end of this period.
5 Gaming Rules & Fairness
All game outcomes on 2444 bat are entirely random and governed by independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. No result is predetermined, and past outcomes have no bearing on future results.
5.1 Sports Betting Rules
- If a match is cancelled after a bet has been accepted, the bet will be refunded.
- During live betting, bet acceptance is automatically suspended at the moment odds change.
- Bets will be settled based on the official scorecard or match result.

6 Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

- Collecting or sharing other users' personal information

7 Account Suspension, Closure & Recovery
2444 bat reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances.
7.1 Grounds for Suspension
- Breach of Terms or Suspicious Activity
- Incomplete or false KYC verification information
- Financial disputes or chargeback requests
- Regulatory Authority Guidelines
- Self-Exclusion at User's Request
7.2 Account Recovery
If your account is suspended, please contact our support team. Accounts may be reinstated once all required documents have been submitted and verified and any terms violation disputes have been resolved. Permanently closed accounts cannot be recovered.
7.3 Voluntary Account Closure
Any user may close their account at any time. It is recommended to withdraw your balance before closing the account. Please contact the support team to proceed with account closure.
